KYC Verification

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require a wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal. For example, a 25x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Important Bonus Rules

• Each bonus must be used within a specified period (typically 7–30 days).
• Bets placed with bonus funds count towards wagering requirements.
• Some games (such as Live Casino) may contribute less towards bonus wagering requirements.
• It is generally not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.

Special Rules for Sports Betting

• If a match is cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules (typically a refund).
• Dg33 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded in live betting.
• In the event of any discrepancy in score-related information, the official result will be considered final.

Casino Game Rules

• All casino games are powered by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Payout information (RTP) for each game is available within the game itself.
• Disconnections do not affect game outcomes — server logs are final.
